Who We Are
Alba Developments is a Canadian development and construction management organization founded in 2016. With an extensive background in commercial real estate, Alba has quickly established a reputation as an expert in the development and construction management industry.
Our team has over 20 years of experience completing multimillion-dollar projects for high-profile landlords and property managers across Canada in various sectors, including commercial office, industrial, retail, multi-residential, mixed-use, and retirement residences. Our past projects span interior alterations and building improvements, to multimillion-dollar new development and redevelopment projects.
We specialize in development, redevelopment, construction, financing, deal structuring, buying and selling, feasibility studies, planning and zoning, asset management, owner representative services, program management, and cost management. Our team is experienced in LEED® certified construction and is committed to providing sustainable building practices for your portfolio.

BARRY WHITE
Barry has over 20 years of experience in construction and commercial real estate representing major landlords
& property managers nationally. He was responsible for leading the national construction teams at
DREAM Office REIT and GE Capital. Barry is responsible for the overall management and growth of ALBA Developments and development services including operations, project oversight & business development. -
CHRIS MIHAILOVICH
Chris joined RFA in 2020 with over 17 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management
& lending. Mr. Mihailovich previously held progressive roles with both private and institutional companies, including BMO, Fengate, & Crestpoint. Throughout his career, Chris has managed over 20M SF of industrial assets across North America. Chris is currently responsible for execution & value optimization initiatives across
the firm’s real estate
investments platforms. -
LEO LUO
Leo brings over 12 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, asset management, & financial planning and analysis. As a key member of RFA Capital, he leads the underwriting of development and asset acquisitions. Leo holds an MBA from the University of Toronto & has completed multiple courses through the Appraisal Institute of Canada program at the University of British Columbia. Additionally, he is a licensed real estate agent in Ontario.

ANDRES KIVI
Andres is responsible for managing the entitlement process for Alba Developments. He works closely with the client, consultant team & municipalities on site plan & building design, and ensures all necessary approvals are in place prior to construction. Andres holds a B.A Honors in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario.
